Some years ago they re-launched their services and a part of this process was changing name from Winunited to Youwin. They’re still offering a €10 free bet for new player that can be used both in sports betting and casino section and a €250 casino signup bonus but I suggest to everyone who’s considering to claim one of these to read their bonus terms because lot of European countries are not eligible for them. Unlike other companies, they decided to not use NetEnt, Microgaming products instead their casino platform is run by BetSoft, Amaya (and other smaller developers like DGS). They have only flash version of casino which I usually don’t prefer however being a multi-function site it makes sense.
Their interface is very simple, nothing’s unnecessary there just the important ones. Speaking about the games I always had ambivalent feelings. Some of them like Reels of Rome (honestly, I never was able to figure out what company created it), Gladiator (of course BetSoft’s version not Playtech’s) or Amaya’s Roulette are very great and funny to play with but others like Feather Friends or DGS’s Roulette tables are horrible. The first has an awful graphics and it looks like some video games from the late 80’s and the roulette games have no feature at all. I mostly used to play with the above mentioned games but I never was a high-roller player here, though I had quite some traffic at European roulette.
Though it hasn’t free spin option, I loved the other features like the ’special bets’ or even the ’saved bet’ functions. We can also select between table views which we prefer more. The inside minimum bet is €1 but we have €0.1 chips so we can make such little adjustments if we want to. It’s a well-done game. I hadn’t withdrawal request from them lately, but in the past I never had any problems with the financial transactions. I don’t have a full view of support team but in the rare occasions I needed to contact them I got from them what I hoped.
Youwin.com is a decent place to play at with suitable services, adequate environment but I found nothing special here and think they’re in need to sorting out and organize their game palette.
