VegasBerry Casino, such a nice name for casino, sweet isn’t it! If I could walk away so sweet from this casino, that would be awesome news. So, I was looking for some new Netent casino, with bigger bonus so that way I saw the VegasBerry Casino, so while I was searching the net are they safe to play couldn’t find anything and I wanted to find something, just because they are Curacao license and honestly I don’t trust those casinos that much, because I had very bad experience with one of the Netent with the same license.
So because they were new casino I guess that was the reason I shouldn’t find anything about them, still they were offering 100% match deposit bonus and 50 free spins on Lights slot and as I can see they are running the same promo stiles decided to open an account and try my luck there. I did open my account in dollar currency just because I didn’t have 20 euros to get the bonus, so placing 20$ would get me the bonus.
I opened really quickly my account read the terms right away, before I deposit and because my country was eligible for the bonus I finally deposited there. I played Fruit Case slot, maybe I gave it a chance for 50 spins or so, but not giving me the free spins feature, neither some decent winnings I changed the slot and played Fruit Shop slot. Although I changed the game I lost all the money really quick. From this Casino, so far the only thing I got was 10 free spins and some free chip of 5$, but I couldn’t play Netent games but only Oryx games, which I consider them very ugly, if you ask me. I played that free chip and of course didn’t win anything. From then I deposited once more but not lucky again.
The chat support is really friendly but only ones it happened that they didn’t respond on the chat, well maybe they had some problems or don’t know what but that happened only once and after I contacted few more times and they were there in a second, so I forgive them for that 1 time. I think they are nice casino, but they should pay attention to their depositing players and give more bonuses but on the Netent slots not on Oryx game and so far, there was releasing of few games from the Netent provider, but not even once I got something from them!

The site looks wonderful upon entering with a great selection of games mostly Quickfire and Netent.
I was offered a first deposit bonus of 100% and 50 free no wagering spins on wild water for a deposit of £25. I accepted of course and began to play. I started on Netent slot Dracula £1 spins, 25 of them. Won about £8. I then went to move onto Immortal Romance but the game would not load?? I tried some other Microgaming software and all had the same problem.
I contacted live chat after a while asking about it. They told me as I was a UK player I could not play Microgaming software. I asked where Vegasberry stated this I then got diverted with the answer of "well you have wagered”. I answered "not quite following". I then got "if you hadn’t spent any money we could have cancelled your bonus but we can't now". I said "I played a Netent game first then realized afterwards, so what you're saying is that I am screwed either way?" I then asked my first question again "where does Vegasberry state this for UK players as the site boasts Microgaming software and is mostly Microgaming software which is why it is false advertisement and misleading to UK customers who deposit with the want to play Microgaming software?" I got rudely ignored. I then requested that my bonus be reset to my initial cash balance so I can withdraw it and forget about this experience. Ignored!
I played on with bonus funds until 0 balance then used my wager free spins on Wild water which I won £20 from. I have requested a withdrawal through Skrill and am awaiting confirmation. All in all I have lost £5 which I can stomach and hope this withdrawal goes through to save me the headache of complaining further. I am a regular slots player and like many try different sites for welcome bonus' for past 2-3 years. I joined VegasBerry about half an year ago. I found some no deposit promo for free spins on the slot game Flowers so I decided to use the offer. I went to their site, made an account and opened the game.
Unfortunately the free spins weren't added so I decided to contact live chat support. They were instantly online and the operator was very kind and professional. I had some descent wins and my balance was at 50 euros but still nothing big. I went to Supe It Up but got no bonus round so decided to try 300 Shields. Here I managed to get a bonus round, but it only paid about 7 euros. My balance was way down so I tried to recover on Medusa but she was also in a bad mood and sucked my balance dry. I later tried the free spins but got only 3-4 euros which I lost pretty fast. Overall I like this casino and I made another deposit later on.

VegasBerry casino it is great website, I really love this place, and played at it usually.
VegasBerry casino using games from Netent and Quickfire, plus some games from Oryx (grab this info from review page, because I am really do not know anything about this software). But generally Netent and Quickfire is more than enough for me to enjoy casino, so no complaints here about games and software's at this casino, specially that at this casino I never had any troubles with slow spins, or just games not opening.
Customer support at VegasBerry casino is very great and friendly. Their chat agents appear in about minutes or twos after I open live chat, but they always very friendly and helpful. Most their promos require to be awarded after you write bonus code in live chat, so it is important for this casino to have well trained chat support agents, and I think they did this goal for 100%, nice and friendly!
Bonuses and promotions are on of the best across all Netent casinos. There is usual reload bonuses, usual freespins offers. And apart from many other casinos with low offers, here bonuses are really worth to took. Never lower than 50%, sometimes even 100% and couple of times 150%, also freespins offers are very decent. Just for example - deposit 20$ get 50 freespins on Wild Rockets. This is awesome, right? And freespins on new Netent games are coming without wagering requirements. Withdrawals. I had only one withdrawal, or two, can't remember. Both was paid next day, requested evening. It is not super fast, but still decent speed, I can accept it, no problems.
Overall I give them 9 stars, still possible to make things better. But generally this is wonderful online casino, with great games, and with great bonus offers.

Must say, like @giveme88 wrote, the chat support is bad. So bad that I was very angry leaving the site. When people explains terms and conditions in a nice way, I do not have any problem with understanding, as long as people are nice telling me why... The chat support seems like they don't care about the fact that Vegasberry depends on paying customers!
Also I think the site are showing fake promotions. The promotion site shows a sign up bonus and a loyalty bonus - I asked the chat support for the shown promotion (15 fs) and the first chat, made me believe I could have it after my first the deposit. Later after depositing, contacted chat to claim it, and they told me it was an old signup bonus, which had expired 5 months ago!?!?! Wish I never had spend my money there.
