When I saw that this casino was offering 200 free spins, I immediately got attracted to it. Who wouldn't, with an offer of 200 free spins, right? Upon checking up further, I then found out that those free spins would be spread out over 10 days, at 20 free spins per day, but this was to be expected. It's the norm for most casinos, except for a very few exceptions, like Spilleren Casino for example, which gives 100 free spins in one go. Yes, I enjoyed that part, and I wish all other casinos would follow Spilleren Casino's example, but it doesn't happen, unfortunately. I guess most casinos are damn scared to offer 100 free spins in one go, lest players may make a nice big win from those free spins.

The next thing I did was to visit the casino's website and to browse through their games list, Bonus Terms and their general T&C too. Better to be in the know first than to get caught up with one of the many 'traps' of the terms. Happy to say, no restrictions were encountered or indicated in their terms, and there wasn't any restrictions on the use of Neteller for depositing and withdrawal too, so it was a green light for me to sign up. Next stop - the games list. And once again, I was happy to see Microgaming, Play'nGo and Thunderkick were in the list, thereby offering me some good choices of games to play on. Unfortunately, when I searched for my top favourite game, Supe It Up, or Isis, both were not in the list. Damn! That literally broke all my hopes! If not for the availability of Play'nGo games, I wouldn't even have bothered to sign up in the first instance. All the other games meant nothing much to me. I can do without them any time, especially games from NetEnt and Elk Studios.

Anyway, there was still a glimmer of light for me at this Dealers Casino, so I finally decided to sign up, ready to receive that wonderful 200 free spins over 10 days, and ready to make my first deposit to start playing immediately. That damn message popped up unexpectedly, indicating that players from my location were/are not accepted. Gees! How many times have my heart been broken already by this one damn blardy pop-up message! More and more newer casinos seem to be restricted for me nowadays, but not indicated anywhere in the casino's terms, nor in Askgamblers casino info either, so all these only make for disappointments.
One more 'good-looking' casino showed me the back door, as quite a number of other new casinos have done too. Wish all these casinos could have updated their terms info first before appearing here in Askgamblers. So many players have been caught out by this, and more would be too. Sheesh!

Lot of good slots to choose from which is a shame really as the customer support and 'technical issues' really do let this site down.
The customer support on this site is honestly one of the worst I have ever encountered. They seem to think it is acceptable to waste customers time. Phone support is very hit and miss and the live chat can take quite a while to get anyone to respond yet when you fail to reply to the chat agent within 3 mins, The chat is closed.

The welcome offer of 200 spins has caused me nothing but a headache, I have had to contact customer support every single day so far in order to get my 20 daily free spins yet they send me an email every day to tell me the spins are available on my account. Then to make matters worse, Customer support can't even tell you which game your free spins are active on.

I really have lost all patience with this site now, I spent over 2 hours on and off live chat and on the phone trying to speak with someone, I was promised a call from customer service within 10 mins and 2 hours later even with going back onto the Live Chat nobody would call me. All I got were excuses mainly 'Technical issues'.

I really feel that as a new customer with how I have been treated by customer support that they do not value my custom at all. I feel I will have to close my account because I just do not think they have the ability to deal with issues and should I ever have a major problem on there it would take weeks to get resolved and god knows how much of my valuable time.

Good Selection of Slots, quick and easy verification process
Be careful the maximum daily withdrawal is £2000 or £3000 a month I was very lucky and had a good win but is going to take 3 months to make my full withdrawal I looked in there terms and conditions but seen nothing initially before depositing only after my win I seen the low payouts in the cash out section.

I don't think it's right that some casinos have such low monthly withdrawal limits I deposited more than there monthly withdrawal limit first night. I think they should put this in large writing in the welcome message to prevent certain players from depositing

They say VIP platinum members can withdraw more I emailed and went on live chat asking if looking at my gameplay could become a platinum member but got no answer or reply.

No point in playing anymore as it works out anything I would win today I would get at Christmas.

Good selection of slots and live chat feature, site easy to navigate
Had to open a complaint with a sister site of this casino, as I had wrongly been tagged as an abuser as I had placed larger bets than allowed during bonus play without knowing the T&Cs.
They apologized and corrected this as well as giving me some compensation.

I now find myself in the same boat with this casino even after supplying them with the email re above. It appears I'm still tagged incorrectly but their decision is final? It's mad really but they were quite happy to take my deposit even though they had all my original account details and I had spoken with live chat beforehand about bonus T&Cs.
Now have to go through the withdrawal process which will take few days just to get my money back, when if I was told I would not be receiving bonus I would never had deposited.

t's really fun to navigate the casino interface. The panaoplie of games gave me nice hours. I especially liked the exclusive casino games. The checking of the documents was done quickly and when I made a first withdrawal I had a small problem, but the staff sent me an email to solve it. Regarding the VIP program I find it interesting because we can convert our points into dollars. I highly recommend this casino.
Too long withdrawal of funds, even for a Skrill and Neteller. And also processing within 48 hours during which you can withdraw funds back to the account. This withdrawal policy is not entirely fair, from my point of view.

Good games and very good site layout, a lot to choose from.
Poor customer service sent in my documents 5 days ago, as when I sign up to a casino this is the first thing I do. Told the live chat that I had sent them in, now 5 days later and not a word about it they havent even bothered. So thats me done with this site poorly run, happy to take your money quick like all the others. So yes good games lack of customer service low withdrawal limits unless you work your way up the points board.
