Customer service is terrible and deny all knowledge of promotional texts sent to customers when what is offered is not added to customers accounts, The contact form does not work on the site nor does the toll free UK number, I made my first deposit earlier today and wanted to play NetEnt games but none of them would load and I could not speak to support to find out why, When I eventually did they just did not seem bothered or believed me that there was an issue and all I got was...'This will be forwarded to a relevant department'....I asked 4 times what would happen after that and had to actually shout it in order to get an answer which was 'Somebody will contact you'
I lost all patience with customer support and told them to close my account.

They are part of the 888 group and have a wide selection of games with plenty of progressive jackpot slots and many popular games as there own few unique games and the support staff I have spoke to are very nice and helpful which makes a nice change from most support staff.
