That all seems pretty fair to me. It doesn’t state in the terms and conditions that you have to make a deposit prior to making a withdrawal but you will need to provide identification documents and it states exactly which ones too which is always good to know.

I was expecting their slots to have a minimum coin denomination of 2p but it was a nice surprise when I could play at the minimum 1p, especially when you only have 5 Euros to start off with. What I didn’t realise until after I lost all my 5 Euros is that you can play in 'Fun' mode but you have to log out in order to do it, I wish I had known that because it proved hard to pick a slot I had no experience of and try winning from a fiver! If you do decide to play here and you are not familiar with the slots I would definitely advise having a practise at a few of the games first to see which ones the most profitable. There is only one major negative point that I have to mention and that is they do not have a Live Help facility, the only way you can contact customer services is by email and they promise to reply within 24 hours, however quick that is to reply when its via email, its no use to you if you encounter a problem during game play.
