I waited 15 minutes and logged back in and still the money wasn't added to my account. Off course that was a reason to contact live chat support. Then I saw like a few times earlier that they have a fast live chat support. After I waited for about a minute for the operator to check my account I got an answer that my account was frozen for VIP points and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Ahhh they are sorry thats really nice but what I really wanted to know was why my account was frozen for VIP points.
