Golden Lion is a casino I explored about a year ago, so it’s been a little while since my experience. I came across them on some page claiming that they were giving a 20€ no deposit bonus for new players. I was interested in the offer as the casino had Rival software and I wanted to try some new games.The bonus had a 50x wagering and 100€ maximum withdrawal amount. Although it was quite some time ago, I still remember all of the details.
I had no expectations whatsoever, so I did play Tycoon Towers slot. The minimum bets were 0.50€ and I played with minimums. I had ups and downs and I had a lot of wagering to do. However, I did get some incredible wins that are my highest wins on Rival games thus far, over 200x bet, and after a while of playing I managed to clear the wagering. When I did that, I had a balance of nearly 200€. After that I had a conversation with live support about the withdrawing details. The live chat took away the extra cash that was over the maximum 100€ cashout amount. The support told me that in order to withdraw, not only I had to send all the documents, which were utility bill, passport and filled form, but also I had to make a minimum deposit. And this is where it started to see not worth the risk.
At that time this casino wasn’t on any of the casino forums, and only a year later they are added to askgamblers so the casino didn’t seem too trustful. But secondly, I didn’t like the terms for the withdrawal. Not only I had to make a minimum deposit, but I also had to wager it once. But it gets more complicated- they didn’t have any ewallet deposit or withdrawal options, so the only option was a credit card and the minimum deposit was 50€. That is way too much for a minimum, but that being said- the minimum withdrawal was set to 150€. So even if I did deposit 50€ and had 150€, in order to withdraw, I would have needed to wager my 50€ deposit once and what if I lose and my balance gets under 150? All of that seemed too much of a risk and after that I have read some bad reviews from other players about non responsive support, so I’d recommend to be careful when playing there.
I withdrew $2000, waited for two weeks, then I received an email saying my $2000 withdrawal was reversed (without my authorization). Then a $200 withdrawal was processed by the casino instead of $2000. I was charged $50 for the $200 withdrawal. A whopping 25% withdrawal fee! I'm told that my "player class" was the reason for the $2000 reversal and $200 withdrawal replacement. Now, they expect me to either play with my balance or withdraw again! And they'll do the same thing to me again? Reverse my withdrawal with my authorization? Process a $200 withdrawal without my authorization? Charge me another 25% withdrawal fee?

This casino is very old style. Wanting IBAN codes etc. for withdrawal. The games are simple and graphics are not good for today. The blackjack and Roulette are basic to me and one member of staff was rude and showed no time or respect for me, when I was trying to understand th bonus structure. It was my first conversation with them. They look for 4 days to process withdrawal. This make me think of 10 years ago - no customer service. nothing prompt of professional except the taking of the deposits. I close my account and walk away
