I have no idea why this casino has such a bad rating. I wanted to use a UK casino, saw this and thought what the hell, it's worth a tenner to see what it's like although the bad rating did put me off to be honest.
They added a £10 bonus, and had the casino had live support I would have had it removed as I don't like bonuses with play through requirements. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I won £2273 with that tenner. £2273 - my biggest ever win, sat robot like going through the play through requirements and still at the end of it had over £2,300!!!
I requested a £2k withdrawal, and because of these reviews on Ask Gamblers, expected a long drawn out wait, and if I'm honest, didn't really believe they would pay out at all, it all seemed a bit too good to be true. So, my request was put in at about 2am yesterday (the day after Boxing Day), when I woke up there was a request for my docs in my emails, sent them over, they accept pdf too which is amazing as all my bills are online and as you all know most casinos won't accept pdf. All approved within a day, and the payment was sent to my bank a few hours ago. That's a turnaround of less than 48 hours.
Support are available by 0800 number telephone between 7am-9pm, and also answer emails within an hour or so during these hours. Come on people, this is a UK casino that only accepts UK players - support your local casino and give them a go. I am abso-bloody-lutely over the moon with them. I'm new to Novomatic games, and of course, I love them. Farewell Playtech and Microgaming :)

Just to add to my review yesterday, my withdrawal has hit my bank account. If there were problems with Bell Fruit, they don't exist any more. Requested withdrawal 27th Dec, sent docs same day, withdrawal processed on 28th and hit my account today 29th - £2000. Perfect service.
Would prefer to see a wider selection of games from different providers.

Nothing at all. I guess there are lots of games and the loading times of the games are quick. However, you can say the same about 99% of online casinos.
No live support. Email support is terrible. No agents respond to queries, you just get automated replies. For example, I sent an email asking about the terms of a promotion, and the reply I got was from an auto-sender telling me that my withdrawal was beng processed. Makes no sense because I hadn't made a withdrawal.
Also, the transaction history is broken. It says that I have deposited £90 when I have only deposited £50. I sent another email about this and guess what, I received another automated reply saying that my withdrawal was being processed. I won't be using this casino again.

Nothing apart from novamatic slots which seem rigged and who better to be in a position to do it than the very people who make and programme the games. Would advise you play novamatic slots on sites which have some integrity
Played on this site took their deposit bonus played tgrough it got nada. Played again in total probably put about 900 pounds in total. Final straw was tonight deposited 100 pounds played through on 1 game well over 200 spins never got a sniff of a bonus. The best i evere done on this sit was money back. Considering the amount i put in you should be ahead at least once. I was playing moderate stakes on all the games i played would not recommend this site at all

Fast payout. I withdrew, had an email asking for documents which I uploaded via their website and money was in my account a few hours later....less than 24 hours isn't bad.

The site looks good although there is no chat support for any enquiry you must email them. Next time I will visit when they offer a match deposit which happens from time to time especially when they add new game.
