To see if everything was right and if I'd received the spins, I went to Starburst slot. Indeed I got 30 free spins played on minimum stakes and I won around 4€ from them, which is the amount I thought I would get. They also had 30x wagering, which is separately seen on cashier.
I started to play Twin Spin with around 44€ balance. I didn't have much luck and lost around 20€ in less than 30 minutes. Then I got randomly an error, saying the game is unavailable. I tried to open other Netent slots, but the same issue appeared. I tried also mobile play and Internet Explorer but nothing changed. Then I got really frustrated because if I pay for a service, I want it to be flawless. Also it was the middle of a working day and the live chat was offline the whole time. I wrote them an offline message and luckily they responded to it within few minutes, saying they apologize for the troubles and that they have contacted their tech department about it.
Nothing really changed, but I just tried a few hours later to play on my mobile and finally it worked. I played Twin Spin and had many good winnings, so I was a little upset when a dry run came and I lost all, since I had only about 100€ left to wager.
Overall I didn't have a good time at this casino but it was all because of technical issues. Lobby looked decent and support replied to my emails shortly, but they definitely have room for growth professionalism wise. I did ask if could get a complimentary bonus for all the troubles I went through and they added me 20€ bonus with 50x wager, which was a nice gesture. I might deposit there again, because I like their welcome offers and their wager requirements.
Even I have done the same trick, before depositing all the slots were available when I deposited (fortunately only € 10...) The games were no longer available, are real crooks, casino to avoid!!!!! !!

Just before few hours, software is very slow in spinning and each few min. The games stop so I need to reload it few times, no support online at all... I saw this casino, deposited 20 euros two deposits, while I am playing and after few hours, the games was not available, I think they did it purposely, coz I am still playing at other casinos normally, I sent them the screenshots with a balance of 25.euros.
I think they just took my money which I deposited by Neteller and I was planning to make my third deposit, why suddenly a message pop up saying not available on all the games? If they don't return my deposit, am gonna complaint here and warn players. simsim58
