Karate pig video slot was created by microgaming software company and this game is one of my favorite from microgaming games collection. the game definitely not new, but it looks really cool, and i never can complain about how it looks.
Game has 40 paylines, and hell yeah!

Here we have wilds on all reels and moreover this wilds are stacked, during base game and during feature. This of course mean that payouts here is a bit lowered, 5 of a kind wilds will pay x 50 total bet, which is great, because generally wilds appear here often, and most times it appears stacked. I good remember how i played a lot this game at 32red, and once i had 4 first reels full of wilds, and 5 reel come with bad paying symbols and my payout was something like x 200 total bet, great result, but believe me not so great when you just did not get wilds on 5 reel. Max payout in base game is 50 x total bet multiply by 40 lines which is 2000 x total bet. In free spins, which is triggered by scatters on reel 1 and 5, it will be 4000 x total bet, since all wins in free spins is doubled. And of course i will not forget to say about amazing bonus game in this video slot, it is triggered by 3+ bonus symbols, and we need to achieve black belt, this will happen after 7 bonus rounds, and then we will be able to fight about big bad enemy, and if we defeat him, prize for bonus game will be nice. I really like this bonus game, it is not boring and sometimes pay good money. Boring-meter show zero.

Great medium variance game, with some potential to hit big and interesting bonus game. I am pretty sure i will play this game again. And like i said, it is one of the best slot from microgaming for me.
Karate Pig game is powered by microgaming. Stay away from this game. In my view this game has the smallest pays on microgaming casinos. It has pissed me off so much that i promised never to play it,hen i broke my promise and played this game again just to lose more money. Since then i have not played this game and am never going to play again.

Usually i always check the pay table before i play but on this game i wanted to be surprised and the sight of stacked wilds completely hypnotized me. I had around €50 so i thought ill give it a shot. There are 40 lines in this game so the minimum bet is €0.40. I play on the smallest bet and even on the smallest bet i rarely get the feature. There are actually two features in this game. There is a free spins feature and the bonus feature. I only got the free spins feature and to get that i had to get three cold coins anywhere on the reels.

This game me 15 free spins with all wins doubled. Max i ever won on this bonus was around €10 and that was very disappointing. After wasting about €30 i won only €10. Funny thing is that almost every spin i would get a win but the win would be less than i bet. Over all i had a negative experience with this game and would never recommend it to anyone. I am pretty sure that it is almost impossible to get a big win in this game unless you get stacked wilds everywhere. If i was to rate it i would give it 3 out of 10. Hope you enjoyed my review and have a nice day:)

I don't often bother with low variance games, but Karate Pig has been offered as a tournament game at many Microgaming casinos for a long time now, so I've got to know it very well as a result of participating in these games.

There's no question in my eyes that many players will find this game quite dull - the maximum payouts are simply not big enough for some players who crave big payouts. Yet, it is games like this that can be trusted to steadily build your bankroll on a good day, and get you in a position to take on those super high variance monsters such as Playboy and Leagues of Fortune!

There are stacked wilds on all five reels, and these drop into view very often - combined with the 40 paylines, you will find yourself winning on many paylines simultaneously a lot of the time. It can become frustrating though when you have what looks like it should be a monster hit onscreen, and it ends up returning just 60x bet or something like that ... it's the same feeling I get when I play recent NetEnt games and somehow five wilds only gets me 50x bet!! (How ridiculous!)

The features don't bring much extra potential to the party either - there is a bonus side game, you can choose from two "Pick Me" style bonuses, it really doesn't matter which you go for though - my maximum win from either has been 120 x bet, and that was definitely the exception. You can more usually expect 50 x or so at best.

The second feature is a free spins round - 15 spins with a 2 x multiplier, which I believe can be retriggered as well. This is welcome, and if you were to land a full screen of wilds in this mode you would win the games jackpot. Sure, the odds are perhaps great - but your MUCH more likely to see this, than, for example, a full screen of bars in NetEnts "Starburst" - one of their much-hyped low variance games.

Karate Pig will not win any awards I'd say, but its a solid low variance game with a lot of quirky fun if you fancy giving your bankroll a break from the battering some of MGs 243 - ways games can give!

Karate Pig slot made by Microgaming software with Japanese theme, although comic one where you see the Pig with all his talents such a chef, philosopher, musician, samurai, as a karate champion and as a philosopher. The game has 5 reels with 40 pay lines, where the minimum bet takes from 0.40 cents. Even so it is not so cheap game to play, because I never play with minimum bet, still it's worth of trying, because it has potential of some nice big wins.

The Karate Pig logo is the wild symbol so will substitute all the other symbols expect from the scatter ones and there is 2 scatter symbols in this game. The Karate Pig with the Japanese dress is a scatter also the Golden medallion acts as a scatter too. The first one offers a multi bonus feature which is really hard to be triggered, well in my case it is and the second offers a free spins rounds. The free spins feature will be triggered if 2 of the Golden Medallions lands 1 on the first and 1 on the fifth reel, then you got your self 15 free spins which are multiplied X 2 your bet size and the wins can go up to 80.000 coins, well that's a nice prize I guess.

The multi level bonus feature is triggered when three of the Japanese dress Karate pigs appear anywhere on the reels then the bonus round starts. The bonus Pork Chop Bonus or the Hammer Bonus is pick me bonus with 6 option to reveal some cash prizes, so after each bonus game is played you'll get 1 belt to get to the Final Showdown Bonus feature, which you need to bit the opponent to get some nice prizes which goes up to 1000 X bet size.

I have never got something big from this game, but still trying, hope will trigger something extra and yes I do recommend this game because it has really nice feature specially the bonus round and the free spins round, which can give you some big amount of winnings, good luck!
It is very funny game with a lot of fun expecting you. Everything is very good.

Karate Pig handles 40 paylines and two nice features. It features things like stacked wilds, 15 Free spins at 2x for Gold Coin scatters on the first and last reels and the decision making Bonus! I do like a choice of choosing either the Pork Chop bonus or the ice chopping Tarp bonus! In the Pork Chop there aren't any wrong choices to make here. I would just pick 3 barrels for credits. In the Tarp bonus there is a good chance to end the bonus quickly if my chosen tarp doesn't break BUT there are better rewards to see in this bonus. The risk of going here has good value then the other bonus of having small but guaranteed credits. Small but sure OR big and risky....your call to make here!

$0.80 a spin was well enough for me and I see plenty of smaller wins. I have yet seen any big wins or have leveled up the Karate Pig to have a final showdown with his nemesis so my say in that is out of the question. For those of you who made it THAT far, is it worth it?
Karate Pig overall does not pays very well! The only thing I found out that's worth mentioning is under the features, the 15 Free spins at 2x or the bonus feature! I lost around $47 trying to land the bonus but it was such a hassle hitting all 3 bonus pigs.

The features were nice however but the returns didn't fill what I've lost! I hated that it teased me throughout my very first time playing this but I guess I have to learn that such a piggy video slot isn't right for me! Letting it be would be my final answer for Karate Pig! I would need to bet larger to mirror better results! Placing $0.80 wasn't giving me any larger wins on Karate Pig so probably placing $1.60 would give out normal to moderately large wins.
