Avalon is one the greatest classic slots from Microgaming. A traditional game which has been released many, many years ago. I'm usually not too fond of old games, but Avalon is certainly a slot I can appreciate. The first time I got to know about this slot was when I checked into the tournament's section at 32Red.Now I'm not too much into those freerolls, since chances are very slim to even win anything. However, they do have an Avalon freeroll of $250 every day. One time they had a freeroll of $10,000 and that sure as hell was big enough for me to join.While I didn't manage to even get remotely close to the top-10 of that tournament, I did however have a good time playing Avalon. For you guys who don't know, Avalon is a 20 paylines slot with 5 reels. The minimum bet is only €0.20, but can be adjusted to less paylines and therefore a lower bet. When I decided to invest my own money to play this game, I was betting €1 spin per average. Now let's discuss this slot in depth. Avalon has a nice, glamorous theme and reminds me of King Arthur tales, albeit with a bit of a medieval twist.The symbols and background sounds chosen for this game do project that medieval twist a bit, such as jewels, crowns, chalices, treasure chests and the lady of the lake. The beauty of the lady of the lake symbol, is that it's not only a scatter but also awards a very decent payout when having them lined up. You need at least 3 to advance to the free spins.One annoying thing about this slot is however that it makes that "ding-ding-ding" jackpot sound too easily, even when hitting just small wins. Avalon also has wilds on every reel. My biggest win during base game was around 40x bet size, and of course the sound was justified then.The free spins are also very exciting, because 3 scatters award 12 free spins and a random multiplier up 7x. One of my biggest hits happened during the free spins where I hit 3 wilds and some high paying symbols. One of those sessions were good for a 320x bet size win.Overall good memories and I would love to play this game again. Final rating for Avalon is 7.5/10.

Avalon...hmm....the place of the Arthurian legend is now the theme of this Medieval slot. Now I don't see it as being "Medieval" because the symbols it shows me inside the slot doesn't accurately project the story however. Where is King Arthur? The symbols that I give props to are the Lady of the lake which appears to be holding the legendary blade, "Excalibur" and acts as the juicy scatters for 12 free spins running on random multipliers of up to 7x and the Avalon Wild Castles.

Now the thing about the free spins is they make it mysterious for this slot to payout. How much you will win inside those 12 free spins will vary and also will differ from the bets you would place. I greatly like how treasure chests from the base game would turn wild with the Avalon Castle for much improved winnings! Better if the wilds would double your wins plus the multiplier right?

My usual bets on this slot would be $0.40, $0.60 (usual this bet) and $0.80. The multipliers inside the free spins, if I land 3 lady of the lake scatters, would compensate my lack of higher bets. If I played at a low rate of $0.40 my returns would be fair to moderate after free spins.

What I believe they should of added in this 20 lines video slot were symbols like King Arthur or Excalibur by itself. I can safely say that this slot can pay out above average....only because those mystery multipliers, when paying out, are unpredictable. I have yet to become a victim of landing 5 wilds on a payline to give out that irresistible 5 wild win! As with my previous review again I strongly oppose to betting on max coins on this slot. I just believe that the higher your bets per spin the more harder it is to gather your earnings! You can expect to win a slight to about more if you play on 3 coins a spin. This bet is usually the safest. There is also a gamble feature in which makes a small difference but I would prefer the gamble feature to be the one found under the Microgamings 10 hands or above Video Pokers.

My results for this Avalon slot is....an 8 out of 10! It would be perfect had they gave out more paylines than 20!

Avalon video slot goes under the old slots category in microgaming casinos.It simply impossible that you played in microgaming casinos and not give a try to Avalon slot,because even if you don't want to play it for own money you will often get free spins on it from casino. I got one of those 20 free spins offer on Avalon so i decided to give it a try.I won 4 dollars with those free spins and managed to triple it on table games only to lost it on Avalon again later.

Avalon is a 20 lines slot with medieval theme and free spins feature.Free spins trigger when you get three lady of the lake scatters.I thing this lake lady dislikes me because i trigger those free spins very rarely. The number of free spins awarded is 12 with up to 7x secret multiplier.I think that those multipliers also dislike me because when ever i get small win in free games multiplier is big x6 or x5 and when ever i get decent win it only multiplies small x2 or x3. The wild symbol is Avalon and it substitutes all symbols except lady of the lake scatter. The wild in this slot was my favorite feature because it often landed in middle of reel 3 and connected some amazing line wins. To be more precise i got two chests symbols on reel 1,and 2 then Avalon wild on third then chest again on fourth and fifth. It was amazing win and i almost opened gamble feature to try and double it but i did not have that much courage.

The gamble feature is basically the same as in other slots color doubles and suite quadruples your win.I mostly don't go more than a double the original win and on Avalon slot i mostly lost but never the less i like to have it as option at all slots i play.

For the end three grades.The payouts are luck depended sometimes good and sometimes bad so i rate them 7/10,fun i had on this slot is 8/10 and the win big possibility i rate 7/10
