Supreme play casino is powered by Rival software and lately I've been playing a lot there, mostly using their free chip options. I saw somewhere a free chip for this casino, downloaded the software and signed up. Unfortunately there weren't any promotions- neither deposit or no deposit bonuses. Then I went to have a little conversation with their live support. They are very professional and fast, nice. Support lady told me that at the moment they don't have any promotions. I wasn't interested in making a deposit, so I just exit the casino and forgot about them for some time.
In Christmas eve I got an email from them, saying the operator has added some free chip to my account as a present. I was positively surprised. The next day I entered my profile and there was a 10€ free promotion I could claim. I did that, but I was very shocked by the wagering that was added to this bonus-400x. You know, usually a 60x wagering is really high, but 400x.. That's the highest wagering I've ever seen.
Without any hope I went to play Grandma's Attic, because the look of it seemed interesting. It has 5 reels and 15 paylines and I played it with 0.30€ bets per spin. I was loosing pretty fast, almost none of the spins were giving wins, so I decreased bets to 0.15 per spin. Visually I really liked this game but money wise it didn't give anything more than 0.10€ win so I think to get bonus or free spin rounds you have to have descent bankroll. A few spins before bust, I managed to get bonus and exactly at that moment I got a message from casino saying there's some kind of connection problem. A few minutes later I re-logged into system and my balance was 6€, I went to the game but it showed that the bonus round, which I didn't play, gave me 4.80€. I continued to play this game few minutes longer, til my balance reached 0.
This time I can honestly say I didn't like this casino, I personally do not trust the and won't be playing there again. The look was descent, but the terms for ND bonus was extremely bad and I had few connection problems, so in my case there are few other Rival casinos I would enjoy much more.
Supreme Play casino is managed and run by CR Ltd., and like the other two casinos in the family (Play2Win and 21 Grand) it’s also licensed and regulated by the Netherlands Antilles.
They offered a €10 no-deposit bonus with max. cashout of €50 after a successfully completed x60 playthrough requirement. The good part of Rival bonus claiming process that it’s not necessary to contact the support or have a bonus code, just a simple click on the desired bonus and the amount is instant credited to the player’s balance. Their Lobby screen is very ordinary, neither gorgeous nor awful, but it fulfils its task. First I tried some familiar games I had luck with in the past like Big Cash Win or Bowled Over with not so much success but after a session of Moonshiner’s Moolah and thanks the bonus rounds winnings I got a little room to maneuver. I think this game is not the best ones that came out from Rival’s workroom so I searched for something more attractive slot. I ended up looking and returned to 3-reel slots which the main strengths of Rival casinos, in my opinion. Though later I zeroed my balance with Gold Rush but at least it’s a funny game to play with.
I don’t know whether it’s personal (I mean regional) but the casinos from this group recently stop offering new promotions. Not specifically to this casino but it seems all Rival casinos no longer offer the Skrill payment method. I thought it was going to be just a temporary thing but it’s been several months since this processor is not available.
I found this casino an average, ordinary Rival fortune cave and I think it must be a reliable one (based on my previous experience at the other CR owned casino.) It’s nothing against Supreme but I believe if someone has already have an account at the other CR casino, there’s no need to register here because he/she won’t get more or less what the sister company could give.
